Bubble wrap is a double-layer plastic wrap used to wrap and protect a variety of goods. It is made of two layers of polyethylene nylon film with a bubble layer on top and a plastic film layer on the bottom. The bubbles on the surface of this type of plastic act like a soft cushion, greatly reducing the pressure on the product and preventing it from being damaged.
Uses of double-layer bubble wrap
Double-layer bubble wrap protects the product from impacts caused by movement, abrasion, moisture and water penetration, sunlight, dust and airborne particles, and prevents the transfer of dirt and contamination to the packaged product. This type of nylon, due to its impact resistance, can be a good option for packing home furniture during moving. It can also be used as thermal insulation for sealing windows at home and in the workplace and prevent energy loss.
This product can be produced with bubble sizes of 10, 20 and 30 mm, with 10 being considered small, 20 medium and 30 large. The choice of bubble diameter is based on the customer’s order and the type of product. Larger bubbles have higher impact strength and are more suitable for heavy goods. Usually, a bubble diameter of 10 mm is used for packaging products such as computer parts, electronic and audio-visual boards, office furniture, concrete products such as mosaics, light car spare parts such as car windows, lights, mirrors, bumpers, etc. Double-layer bubble protector with a bubble diameter of 20 mm is used for packaging products that are relatively heavier than the above-mentioned items. These products include items such as water and gas coolers, water heaters, PVC and MDF boards. Double-layer bubble protector with a bubble diameter of 30 mm can also be used to protect the body of household and industrial refrigerators and aluminum doors and windows.

3D bubble nylon
As we said, double-layer bubble wrap can be supplied to the customer in both roll and cut form. One of the cut types of this product is 3D bubble wrap or 3D cover. 3D bags and covers are one of the fastest ways to pack large and bulky items, which are used to pack large and sensitive items such as furniture, refrigerators, water heaters, car bumpers, car dashboards, tables and chairs, office furniture, MDF pallets, etc.
3D cover production
For the production of 3D covers, first-grade lightweight polyethylene material is used, which is free from any impurities, has high strength and low weight. The production and sewing of these bags is done using Taiwanese machines and a high longitudinal press with a new method that has the highest sewing quality. Bubble envelopes can be produced in the dimensions desired by the customer and in full color. It should be noted that in the production of this product, first-grade additives are included as a factory default to smooth the inner layer, which causes the piece to move quickly inside the envelope and packaging is quick and easy.
